All of our karaoke collections comply with the Fair Trade Doctrine. This means they are produced for legal public use. These collections do not contain original copyrighted materials. This karaoke is intended for home, private, and public use.

Legal action may only be taken against individuals who own establishments, such as bars or pubs, if they fail to comply with BMI and ASCAP regulations requiring a license for playing music, showing TVs, or other public performances. If you own a business and intend to use music or other media in a public setting, you can find all the necessary regulations by visiting the BMI or ASCAP websites.
